The physical size of the filter directly determines its processing capacity. Taking a cylindrical reactor as an example, the design of its diameter and height requires comprehensive consideration of exhaust gas flow rate, concentration of odorous substances (such as a typical treatment concentration of 1200mg/m 3), and empty bed residence time (EBRT). The setting of residence time is particularly crucial - longer residence time (usually achieved by increasing the filter volume) can improve the degradation efficiency of microorganisms towards odorous substances, but the equipment investment cost needs to be balanced. The biological filter of Fufang Environmental Protection achieves more efficient pollutant decomposition in a limited space by optimizing the internal structure (such as layered filtration design) and controlling the post combustion temperature at 60 ℃.
